We have a 14-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In its original packaging
- With tags attached (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Exchanges

Digital Products Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made through Vital You for digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once an eBook, fitness guide, or digital program has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you experience any issues with your digital download or receive the wrong file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
